Teri Scott
Teri joined her husband Barry working at RWC INC. in 2007. Since that time Teri has worked in various capacities within the company. She has been managing the financial side of business including billing, collections and accounting in addition to human resource benefits and daily operations. Before working with RWC, Teri’s career was with the Federal Government working within three corporate divisions; FDIC-Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation- REO department, RTC- Resolution Trust Corporation as an Auditor and FSLIC-Federal Savings & Loan Insurance Corporation. Teri is originally from Orange County and loves art, gardening, animals and traveling.
Jeff Boisselle
Jeff is RWC’s Senior Consultant located in the company’s Pacific Northwest office. Jeff has been a licensed general contractor for 27 years and has been performing construction consulting and expert witness services for the past 11 years. As a Senior Consultant for RWC, Jeff is responsible for all phases of case management including site inspections, development of repair plans and estimates, analysis of building envelope failure, analysis of repair cost estimates, building code and materials research. Jeff is also responsible for overseeing the operations of RWC’s general contracting business, RWC Restoration, Inc.

Jonathan Hansen
Jonathan has been with RWC since 2016 as RWC’s Operations Manager. He is a graduate from Humboldt State University with a B.S. degree in Business Administration. As operations manager Jonathan oversees all daily operations of both the California and Portland office. He is also responsible for the coordination of off- site meetings for our third party inspections and insures all aspects are cost efficient for both clients and our company. Jonathan is from Oceanside California and is an avid surfer, fisherman, kayaker and loves dogs.
John Heckel
John Heckel has been working in the architectural industry for over 15 years. He has wide ranging experience in single and multi-family residential and commercial projects throughout Southern California as a project architect and project manager. John earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography in 1990 from Boston University. In 2001, he received his Master of Architecture from the Newschool of Architecture in San Diego. John has attended many seminars and participated in continuing education courses on many subjects related to construction and design.

Robert Bones
Robert has over 46 years’ experience in the construction industry as a mason, foreman, contractor, project manager, construction manager, cost estimator and consultant specializing in property loss and construction defect issues. He has successfully overseen SB 800 reconstruction projects, managed property loss investigations throughout the U.S., created cost estimates for insurance carriers after hurricanes Katrina, Gustav, Ike, and Sandy, as well as fire losses throughout California. He has also provided expert testimony at deposition regarding construction defects. Robert has extensive experience in forensic cost estimating and has assisted insurance carriers defending contractors and developers, and mitigating losses. He also has extensive knowledge regarding code compliance and standard of care issues.
Jason Strecker
Recently celebrating his 18th year in the construction industry, Jason has worked as a tradesperson, superintendent and forensic consultant. As a forensic consultant for RWC Jason has done numerous site investigations determining building envelope failures and compiling information for document analysis, constructing repair documentation, cost estimates and supervising remediation projects. Jason has supervised the completions of both large and small restoration projects including single family and multi-family structures. Prior to joining RWC, Jason was a construction superintendent for Lennar homes and an assistant superintendent for Hallmark community homes in the state of California. During his employment time with both companies Jason managed serval projects including a 218 unit condominium development for Lennar and a 3 phase building of 45 homes for Hallmark.

Robert Paton
Bob has 45 years of experience in the construction industry as a tradesperson, general contractor, superintendent, project manager, quality control representative and consultant. Bob has overseen the construction of condominiums, single family homes, shopping centers, hospitals, airport facilities, corps of engineer’s projects, campgrounds, local, county and state highway projects. Bob is a licensed general contractor in the state of California, a certified EIFS Inspector, and certified TRI Installer. Bob has been a consultant for the past 23 years representing the plaintiff and assisting in the defense of developers, general contractors and subcontractors. He has extensive experience in the identification, documentation and the remediation of building failures.
Bob has qualified as an expert witness in the state of California. He has experience in 4 binding arbitrations and been deposed 30 times in the following states; California, Nevada and Arizona. Bob has assisted in the resolution of over 1500 construction claims.
Barry Scott
Barry is the Principal of RWC Inc., and a licensed General Contractor in the states of California, Oregon, Washington, Utah and Arizona. Now in his 40th year in the construction industry, Barry has been a builder and has had a diverse background in various trades within the construction field. His extensive expertise and knowledge of building components lead the way to him becoming an industry expert. He has been a successful consultant for the past 17 years and has been assisting in the defense of parties involved in various types of litigation. Barry specializes in the identification, documentation and remediation of building envelope failures.
Danny Bogle
Danny has been in the construction industry for the past 41 years specializing in framing and concrete work. Danny’s has an extensive background as a business owner, general contractor and forensic specialist. As a licensed general contractor Danny has worked on a multitude of new construction developments and restoration & repair projects for residential, multi-family and commercial properties. He has been involved in all phases of construction from the planning stages to completion. In addition he has worked throughout the years as a forensic specialist and has represented a vast amount of developers, subcontractors, homeowners and property management companies with issues relative to construction defects. Danny is a court qualified consultant with trial testimony in the areas of; Standard of Care, Standard in the Industry, Cost of Repair.

Jeff Williams
Jeff is a General Contractor in the state of Utah and has been in the construction industry for the past 42 years. He has managed and supervised all phases in the building of residential and commercial projects in various states and in Scandinavia. Jeff specializes in the construction and remodels of golf courses and landscaping. In recent years Jeff has been certified in the green profession and is accredited HERS energy rater for new construction and builders wishing to apply for Energy Star Certification and energy efficient rebates. He is also certified with the National Association of Home Builders and a National Association of Home Builders Green Verifier.
